A leading aerospace manufacturing company in South El Monte is hiring Press Operator Trainees. This is a great opportunity to get into manufacturing with paid training, fast hiring, and long-term growth.

Open Positions & Pay

• 1st Shift (1 opening): $23.97/hr
• 2nd Shift (3 openings): $25.97/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Operate press machines in a production environment
• Work in the layup area (warm environment with chemical odors)
• Follow safety procedures and production standards
• Use a respirator when required (not full shift)
• Assist with general production tasks

Training

• 4–6 weeks of paid training
• 1st shift trains on 1st shift
• 2nd shift may train on 1st or 2nd shift depending on availability

Requirements

• Basic computer skills (data entry)
• Basic math skills (measurements & conversions)
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to wear PPE/respirator as needed
• ITAR compliant (must be eligible to work in the U.S.)

Hiring Requirements

• 3-year employment verification (ensure resume accuracy)
• Diploma not required (degrees/trade school will be verified if listed)

The pay range for this position is $49857.60 - $57345.60/yr.
