This position will also be responsible for the transportation of materials between manufacturing facilities.Job Duties:Safely load/unload materials throughout the facilityMove materials with forklifts, dollies, industrial carts, pallet jacks, by hand and by trailerProperly secure and organize material to prevent hazards and damageStock, stage, arrange, rotate, and put away material from receivingPrepare loads/orders by utilizing ERP (Oracle NetSuite)Pull, load, secure and deliver materials to production departments and off-site locationsLoad materials into vehicles/trailers and install proper strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transitConduct periodic cycle counts of inventory as directed by leadershipMaintain equipment and vehicles by completing preventative maintenance and inspectionsUtilize power and hand tools to build crates and palletsAssist in all general warehouse duties, as directedGeneral housekeeping and organization of inventoryProperly document and follow general inventory management principalsComply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policiesManagement retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any timeQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentForklift driver qualification (preferred), previous forklift experience requiredExperience towing trailersBasic math and computer skills are requiredAbility to follow a cycle count to help keep an accurate inventoryAbility to identify and learn trade names of materialsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesPositive, engaged and focused attitudePhysical Requirements:Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 50 lbs.Ability to work in all weather conditions; climates, temperatures, and conditionsMay stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulationsMay sit for prolonged periods of time operating a forkliftGrow your career supported by an energized and passionate team, professional development, training, flexibility and opportunities for advancement.
