Oneida Professional Services

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is seeking a full-time LMS Administrator at Fort Bliss, TX to support USANCOA and SMC. This federal-contractor role involves managing LMS user accounts, enrollments, permissions, and course shells, plus Tier I/II help for students and staff. Preferred candidates will have LMS experience, familiarity with SCORM/xAPI, and ability to obtain Fort Bliss access.
