1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 + Benefits

ExpressPoint Technology Services, Inc., a distributor of a broad range of technology products and depot maintenance services, has a full-time opportunity for an Outsource Administrator. This position performs a variety of assignments to coordinate warranty and outsource processes necessary for the operation of the organization. This position requires strong computer skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable using web-based warehouse management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in warranty, purchasing or accounting administration is preferred.

Job Duties

Primary contact for all Outsource Internal & External

• Responsible for setting up new outsource providers from requesting Vendor Set up to setting up Trading Partner in SDM
• Maintains all outsource Portal set up and passwords to access portals
• Resolves all Invoice issues with Accounting
• Works with APM account owner to get approval for Outsource upcharges
• Updates inbound purchase orders with correct repair charges prior to receipt of repaired unit
• Maintains Outsource work instructions and Outsource vendor listing and specifications

Receives and incoming unit marked for warranty

• Validates warranty per OEM process
• Submits RMA request per OEM process
• Delivers unit to shipping to process per OEM process
• Receives returned units and closes warranty order

Receives and incoming unit marked for outsource

• Receives request from Planner to process outsource
• Submits RMA request per supplier process
• Manages due dates and open order reports to ensure timely processing
• Receives returned units and closes outsource order
• Resolves all discrepant receipts from outsource provider
• Ensures timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
• Follow all policies and procedures

Requirements

• Education (preferred): A high school diploma or GED
• Experience: 3+ years related experience
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop, build and maintain supplier relationships
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
• Ability to communicate, plan, manage projects and solve problems
• Knowledge of process improvement, stocking and process material & POS equipment knowledge a plus
• Strong computer skills including: Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
• Basic accounting knowledge
