Mechanical Technician

Stewart Glass is looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician to support operations a tour Logan, OH manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing the mechanical systems that keep our glass production running efficiently. Primary Duties: Troubleshoot, repair and maintain mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems Assist with equipment installation and upgrades Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain records Fabricate, weld, or modify parts as needed Work with operations teams to minimize downtime Follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Required/Desired: High school diploma or GED (required); technical training in mechanical systems (preferred) 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Familiarity with mechanical drawings, alignment, and industrial tools Welding and fabrication experience (preferred) Willing to work flexible shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs Full-Time: Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life insurance, as well as paid vacation and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stewart glass
