Senior Product Manager - North America

The Global Integrated Payment Product Leader is accountable for the outdoor payment terminal product strategy, new product and partnership roadmap, and in-line product management activities that accelerate adoption, satisfy customers, and steal share from competition. They will need to be a strong customer advocate while tracking the pulse of market and technology trends to ideate, incubate, and accelerate fuel dispenser level payment solutions that deliver high value to customer problems that differentiate vs competition, and deliver incremental revenue.  The global product leader will need to collaborate with customers, sales, marketing, engineers, and product managers across diverse, global regions for GVR’s global retail fueling solutions platforms.Key Responsibilities • General manager mindset on ownership of CRIND platform including current and previous generations of product in the regions the role operates • Operates as primary contributor to the global payment product roadmap including product lifecycle decisions and requirements aligned with Invenco payment team. o With primary focus on North America, works in and with the regions (including VOC) to identify market opportunities and develop plans, market requirements and business cases for improvements to our payment platform—FlexPay 6o Manages phase-in/phase-out planning o Develops end-of-sale/end-of-life decisions and communication strategy o Aligns spares support strategy, working with AMO (e.g. spares support efforts and commitments, repair/refurb offering planning, etc.) o Drives SKU rationalization / simplification efforts o Prioritizes Crates and Kits New Product Projects and Customer Requests for Global Development; Represent Payment Product Management in New Product Project Team Meetings, PMO Daily Management, SPR, and PI.• Own the GTM strategy and execution for payment products. o Ensure last-mile product development (e.g. managing certifications, 3rd party integrations and end-user UAT) to ensure an orderable/sellable product o Provides SME support for sales, product marketing, distribution and end customers o Sets the strategy and market plans for service and support of CRIND platforms (and related TCO inputs into value sell materials) o Owns the value prop and input for the value-selling materials • Represents industry coalitions related to payment processing and security as a representative of GVR • Product leadership in CDT&R (and driving quality issues broadly), and leadership of any product input into S&OP process Qualifications • At least 6-8 years in Product Management with payment hardware a plus• Exceptional customer-facing skillset (communication, presentation skillset, customer-first mindset)• Deep payment expertise strongly encouraged• Experience with Agile Development • Corporate Entrepreneurial Mindset • Demonstrated ability to manage payment hardware, engineered products • Ability to travel +/- 25% of the time #LI-LP1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-Onsite #findyourpath #fuelyourpassion Vontier partners with you and your family on your health and wellness journey.
