This position oversees evidence-based family support initiatives, including Family Resource Center operations where applicable, and leads efforts to equip and mobilize local churches to serve foster families, single mothers, and vulnerable populations affected by human trafficking. • Lead church engagement and mobilization efforts, equipping churches to support foster families, single mothers, and individuals impacted by human trafficking through training, resources, and structured programs.
  • Develop and adapt OMC program templates to establish sustainable church based family support and single mother community programs.
  • Identify, pursue, and support funding opportunities for programs, collaborating with the Executive Director and Development team on contracts, grants, donor engagement, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Represent One More Child in the community through speaking engagements, events, trainings, and outreach activities that build awareness, partnerships, and mission alignment.
  • Lead and coordinate training initiatives for church members, volunteers, and community stakeholders related to trauma informed care, child welfare issues, and human trafficking prevention and awareness.
  • Mobilize, recruit, train, and support volunteers, ensuring engagement efforts align with organizational goals and generate measurable community impact.
  • Oversee direct services delivered through church based and community initiatives, ensuring quality, compassion, and effectiveness.
  • Track, evaluate, and report program outcomes, metrics, and impact, using data to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual, funding, accreditation, organizational, legal, and government requirements.
  • Plan, monitor, and manage assigned program budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within allocations and revenue is properly billed and received.
  • Maintain productive working relationships across departments and provide regular updates to leadership regarding program performance, staffing, metrics, and resource needs.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education as assigned or approved.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and support to direct reports overseeing family support and community based programs, as applicable.
  • Ensure staff and program operations comply with all applicable contracts, guidelines, and organizational policies.
  • Align department level budgets with overall Family Support budgetary goals and accountability.
