ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Pierre Granger - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and motivated to make things happen. This is more than a traditional receptionist role—we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and generating new business. Our team moves quickly, embraces technology, and gets things done, so you’ll need to be comfortable learning new systems, shifting priorities, and keeping pace with our high energy team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional experience in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointments, office communications, customer follow-up, and account information.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers and identify opportunities to help with their insurance needs.
• Conduct proactive outreach and follow up on leads, referrals, and customer opportunities.
• Generate new business opportunities through customer relationships, referrals, proactive outreach, and community involvement.
• Assist our team with administrative responsibilities and special 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, sales, or relationship-building role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable balancing front-office responsibilities with proactive sales and business-development activities.
• Confident initiating conversations, asking for referrals, following up with prospects, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Comfortable learning and using technology, CRM systems, and new processes.
