Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member Full Time – Virginia Beach, VA. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
