Lee Hudson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Managing appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assisting in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engaging in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Providing excellent customer service and following up on customers needs.
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance.
- Our office is located in Virginia Beach, VA.
- Our office is open 9am-5pm.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
