ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2014 and has grown into a team of seven who are committed to supporting one another and serving our community well. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for the kind of culture I wanted to build.
I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a business degree and am married with two young kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support our team.

We're very active with Junior Achievement and believe strongly in investing in and supporting the next generation through financial education and community involvement.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Aubrey Pithwa - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
