Executive Presentation Specialist & Visual Designer

Responsibilities Play a lead role as part of a team of specialist designers whose purpose is to deliver online, print and presentation production for the Company. Directly responsible for support to the CEO office and the US locations Assist the Office of the CEO in taking briefs and conceptualising, designing and delivering creative output Delivering on-brand solutions that meet the brief in the agreed timescales Given the level of visibility across the organization, strong judgement, ownership mindset and absolute discretion are essential Responsible for ensuring that they deliver on the needs of the wider Internal Communications community Ability to understand client briefs and create concepts, artwork design and oversight of the execution and output Creation of original on-brand artwork assets for others in the team to utilise Creation of original on-brand presentation materials and templates (slides) Ensure a consistent quality of design is applied to every brief Deliver design activity on the team’s behalf, for senior stakeholders across all business areas Provide solutions spanning the full range of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and presentation, motion and video, and AI-assisted design tools) Strong focus on collaborating and working effectively across the creative arts function, with partner functions and with business stakeholders Develop and maintain strong relationships and produce clear briefs that include key objectives, clear budget figures and communication activities Ability to manage, deliver and assist across all creative disciplines Ability to deputise for the Chief of Staff or Director, Office of the CEO, in receiving briefs, responding to stakeholder and overseeing creative output, when required Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, drafting and production, while safeguarding brand consistency, factual accuracy, and data confidentiality Design for modern formats, including motion graphics, short-form video, social and digital-first content, and data visualization and infographics Benefits A high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-making The opportunity to take ownership and lead meaningful workstreams Opportunity to build relationships with a team of specialist designers across the organization whose purpose is to deliver online, print and presentation production for the Company Access to mentorship and development within a high-performing, supportive team Qualifications Are comfortable managing multiple priorities and taking accountability for delivery. Highly proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and presentation software (PowerPoint and Keynote), with working knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools. Proven experience of working effectively with senior stakeholders. Extensive experience selecting and managing suppliers. Experience of working with diverse and geographically dispersed audiences. Need to be flexible and willing to work outside of office hours to attend events as and when required. Demonstrable experience of working to the highest standards and with attention to details while working under tight deadlines. A degree or HND in Visual Communications (Design). Extensive experience taking client briefs, storyboarding ideas and producing original design content. Resilient to changing needs and evolving plans. Optimizes relationships with suppliers and external agencies to drive results. An understanding of latest trends and best practices and the ability to incorporate within Liberty Global’s design strategy. Excellent interpersonal skills – able to forge effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business at all levels. Creating and influencing strategic responses to long-term projects and high impact one-off events to drive efficiency in spend, growth and reputation. Experience in designing and creating original assets and templates. Calm under the pressure of tight deadlines. Stakeholder management at a senior level (6-8) to provide a consultative approach, with influencing skills to deliver outstanding design. Self-managing, able to work with minimal guidance and support. Fluency with AI design tools to augment performance. Working knowledge of motion graphics, short-form video, UX/UI principles and data visualization.
