Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Customer Service Representative for our Customer Service team in Urbandale, IA. Do you have exceptional customer service experience? Essential Functions And Responsibilities:

• Process Distribution and Customer Orders.
• Process inter-departmental orders / sample and replacement orders.
• Process return orders.
• Track shipments.
• Performs account maintenance and updates.
• Processes National Account orders, billing, follow up with Independent Distributors to assure order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquires.
• Processes credit memos.
• Maintains customer specific pricing.
• Monitors the open orders report.
• Operates the Northwest Missouri City Sales Office.

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP a plus.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
