Insurance Defense Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for their Ontario, CA office. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, or other insurance defense proceedings. Duties Draft motions and conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings. Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting. Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision. Requirements Licensed to practice law in California; additional state licensure is a plus. 3-12+ years of experience in insurance defense preferred. Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, and other insurance defense proceedings required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California Bar certification required. Skills Strong negotiation and client management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Benefits Competitive salary.
