Senior Manager, FP&A

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $170,000 to $210,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning cycle across multiple business units and deliver consolidated financial projections.
- Partner with functional leaders to develop expense budgets including staffing operating costs and key business investments.
- Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational decision making.
- Develop dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into performance trends and key business metrics.
- Drive process improvements by enhancing reporting capabilities and applying advanced analytical tools.
- A Bachelor degree in finance accounting or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning analysis or strategic finance roles.
- Demonstrate advanced skills in financial modeling quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
- Use reporting tools and financial systems confidently to build dashboards and support analysis.
- Communicate clearly and present financial insights effectively to executive level audiences.
- Analyze bookings backlog and operational data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting outputs.
- Apply technical proficiency across financial systems enterprise tools and data platforms.
- Demonstrate professionalism adaptability and commitment to ethical standards and organizational policies.
