The

Administrative Assistant

supports the day-to-day operations of the community by assisting with administrative functions, payroll, billing, employee scheduling, and food management. This role works closely with the Housing Director and other team members to maintain accurate records, coordinate staffing needs, assist residents and families, and help ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities. Position Type:

Wage Range:

$20 to $24 / hour depending on experience Location:

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Provide administrative support and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff. Assist with payroll, billing, accounts payable/receivable, and employee paperwork. Create and maintain nursing staff schedules and coordinate staffing changes. Assist with hiring, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee records. Order and maintain nursing and food supplies. Assist with food management, menus, food ordering, and Resident Food Committee meetings. Maintain accurate and confidential records. Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Accounting and/or payroll/benefits experience required. Certified Dietary Manager or willingness to obtain certification. Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Kronos and ResiDex preferred. Cassia Benefits:
