RMA Quality Technician - Electronics & Instrumentation
Metrix Instruments
Metrix Instruments is seeking a RMA Quality Technician to evaluate returned electronics and instrumentation, perform troubleshooting, and document findings for disposition decisions. You will interact with Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, Production, Engineering and Quality teams to investigate issues and support the RMA process. Focus areas include electronic troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining records in Renewity and IFS ERP, with a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy, and customer #J-18808-Ljbffr Metrix Instruments
