Collision Customer Service Representative AM Palatine - Palatine, IL 60074 Salary Range $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly Overview We are an established independent Toyota and Lexus focused collision repair facility in the Chicagoland area. Description The role of a CSR is to be a single point of contact to customers whose vehicles have been scheduled to be processed through the collision center. Qualifications Responsibilities include: Greet customers initially. Obtain authorization and explain the repair plan process Facilitate the rental car process. Inspect vehicle with the customer, identify claim-related and unrelated damages. Communicate with customer after repair planning is complete, such as expected completion date, email estimate to customer when appropriate. Update customer with status, when appropriate Contact customer when repairs are complete and set up pickup time/date. Collect payments, explain Customer survey's. Keep work station tidy and professional. Multi-Lingual is a plus. This is a full time position.
