Job Title: Residential HVAC Install Technician Location: Surfside Beach, SC Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Install Technician to join a growing team. This role is responsible for installing residential HVAC systems and supporting Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Install residential heating and cooling systems, including split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and ductless systems. Remove and dispose of old equipment following safety and environmental guidelines. Install and modify ductwork to ensure optimal system performance. Complete system start-up, testing, and commissioning. Ensure all installations comply with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards. Customer & Team Responsibilities Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude on every job site. Communicate with homeowners regarding system operation, maintenance, and IAQ solutions. Accurately document completed work and required paperwork. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean, safe working condition. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred. Experience installing Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) products is highly preferred. EPA Certification (Universal preferred). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
