Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Architecture & Information Security to lead the design and execution of enterprise-level technology architecture and security strategy. This role will play a critical part in shaping secure, scalable, and future-ready systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Strategy & Technology Leadership

• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and operations teams to define future-focused architecture strategies
• Evaluate and select technology and software solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Develop and implement scalable technology architecture frameworks supporting business objectives

Information Security & Compliance

• Lead the design and execution of the information security program, including risk management, compliance, and incident response
• Ensure adherence to data protection, privacy regulations, and corporate security standards
• Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks

Integration & Systems Design

• Define secure integration architectures with internal and external partners
• Ensure alignment of system architectures with operational and security requirements

Operational Risk & Resilience

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
• Monitor emerging risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver solutions
• Work closely with external partners and service providers to implement secure systems

Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead, mentor, and develop architecture and security teams
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and industry frameworks
• Drive modernization initiatives aligned with digital transformation efforts

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including:
• 5+ years in enterprise architecture
• 5+ years in information security
• Strong expertise in enterprise systems, cloud architecture, and infrastructure design
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing security and architecture strategies
• Proven leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Knowledge of data protection, privacy regulations, and cybersecurity frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of IIoT architectures and manufacturing systems
• Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or CIS
• Experience with ERP systems and enterprise applications
• Exposure to SaaS and cloud-based platforms
