Senior Recruiter | Technical, Corporate & Executive Search

Location:  Miami, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite (5 Days Per Week)

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting position responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve as business needs grow and change.

The successful recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to identify talent, build pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer stage
• Source and attract high-caliber talent through proactive recruiting strategies
• Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment activities
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
• Utilize ATS platforms and recruiting technologies effectively
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and urgency
• Adapt quickly to changing business requirements, hiring priorities, and organizational growth initiatives

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting professional, technical, corporate, engineering, or executive-level talent
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
• Fluent English communication skills required
