Learn more at and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our fire business unit.Primary Responsibilities:Project Planning & ManagementCode & Compliance OversightDesign & Engineering CoordinationProcurement & Materials ManagementField Operations & Installation OversightTesting, Commissioning & AcceptanceFinancial & Contract ManagementCommunication & Stakeholder CoordinationDocumentation & Close?OutSafety & Quality AssuranceBasic Qualifications:Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, manufacturers, and signaling line circuitsFamiliarity with NFPA 72 and local fire codesProject management, scheduling, and budgeting skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and documentation skills2 years project Management ExperiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience working with Intrusion Alarm Systems: 2 yearsFire Alarm Systems: 2 yearsCCTV/ IP-CCTV System: 2 yearsAccess Control Systems: 2 yearsProject Management Experience: 2 yearsNICET II -Fire Alarm SystemFASA BASANotifier CertificationPay Range: The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
