Regional Property ManagerLocation: Lakewood, NJ (Requires weekly day trips out of state) Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000A leading real estate management company specializing in multi-family garden-style properties is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. This role focuses on driving operational and financial performance, managing on-site teams, and ensuring consistent execution across all locations. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a sense of urgency in meeting objectives.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the financial, operational, and physical performance of multiple propertiesLead, mentor, and support property managers and on-site staffMonitor budgets, review financial reports, and implement strategies to improve revenue and efficiencyImplement operational best practices for leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident retentionConduct weekly day trips to out-of-state properties for inspections, team meetings, and oversightProvide regular performance updates to ownership and stakeholdersLearn and apply company systems, processes, and standards consistently across the portfolioRequirements:Proven operational leadership experienceReal estate management experience preferred, but not requiredStrong follow-through, execution, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and team leadership abilitiesA can-do attitude and willingness to learn quicklyHigh sense of urgency in completing projects and addressing issuesWillingness and ability to learn and adapt to the company's systems and processesAbility to travel weekly for day trips to portfolio sites
