Care Operations & Compliance Lead
The Gardens Care Homes
The Gardens Care Homes is seeking an Administrator Designee to oversee daily operations and ensure state compliance across all areas of operation. You will lead staff, ensure care plans are followed, and maintain resident rights and dignity with daily MAR audits and medication oversight.
You will train staff, communicate with guardians, and ensure the monthly activity calendar is posted on time while covering shifts as needed and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
