Job Highlights Position: Physical Therapist Type: Regular, Employee Compensation: $37.60 - $56.40 per hour (Hourly) Shift: Weekend shift (Saturday & Sunday); 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM; 10‑hour shift; 20 hours/week; no on‑call requirement Employment status: Part‑time (20 hours/week) Job Summary Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to treat movement dysfunction and pain resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other health‑related conditions. Responsibilities Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient condition; establishes, revises, and evaluates a plan of care appropriate to identified problems; performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques; provides education to patient, family, and staff; participates in discharge planning; oversees assistants and support personnel; maintains documentation; works in a constant state of alertness. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or related) required to obtain licensure in state of practice. Experience: No experience required. Physical Requirements Constant standing; frequent lifting/carrying of 0‑25 lbs; frequent hearing, speech, vision usage; frequent walking, reaching, gripping; occasional bending, stooping, kneeling; occasional lifting 25‑50 lbs; occasional lifting/carrying patients; occasional driving; rare crawling. Licensing & Certifications State licensure: Illinois (IDFPR), Missouri (Division of Professional Registration), Oklahoma (Medical Board), Wisconsin (Department of Safety and Professional Services). Resuscitation certification: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 days. Work Location and Shift Weekend shift in the United States; location: various (IL, MO, OK, WI).
