Summary:

Responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data using current technology
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email.
• Performs other duties as required (i.e., printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.)
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
• Serve as back up in a team member’s absence and assist other teams when required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, data entry or related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Professional office work environment. Occasionally required to sit for long hours, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.

Shift is 9AM-6PM ET or 10AM-7PM

Physical Demand

Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
