Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Food and Beverage Service: Accurately serve food and drinks, and maintain knowledge of menu offerings to assist guests with their selections. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service operations. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations. Cash Handling: Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Requirements Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
