What We’re Looking For A minimum of 10+ years’ of professional experience in architectural design. A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing large‑scale multifamily projects. Bachelor or master’s degree of Architecture or related field. Licensed architect in one of the 50 states. The company will provide financial support for obtaining reciprocity in Washington. A minimum of 5 years of professional years in Revit is required. Strong proficiency in relevant architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, or similar tools. In‑depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards related to multifamily design. Understanding of sustainable design principles and a commitment to creating environmentally responsible projects. Ability to lead project design with minimal oversight. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in effective communication and teamwork. Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach. Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work. Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Your Role Operational Tasks Address zoning code issues, ensuring compliance and clarity on ambiguous areas. Contribute creative ideas and details to the team. Prepare and present design concepts to the project team. Produce high‑quality construction documents using Revit/BIM. Manage project drawings and ensure timely completion. Analyze and summarize zoning codes for the team. Coordinate site plans and review grading and drainage compliance. Participate in meetings, hearings, and oversee project lifecycles. Administrative Support Lead assigned projects, ensuring adherence to company standards. Assist with site observations and document contract conformance. Review scopes of work and proposals for consultants. Provide weekly progress reports and address project issues promptly. Communication & Coordination Coordinate with external consultants and serve as the primary contact. Quality Assurance Monitor consultant work, ensure ADA compliance, and review accuracy of drawings. Assist in establishing new design standards and best practices. Other Responsibilities Foster teamwork and represent the company professionally. Manage schedules and mentor junior team members.
