THE ROLE

As an Account Manager , you’ll play an important role in both the customer experience and the growth of our agency.

This is a sales + customer service position for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, educating customers, and following through.

You won’t be expected to use high-pressure sales tactics. Our approach is simple: listen, educate, recommend, and take care of people.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Conduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverage
• Identify opportunities to protect customers with additional products when appropriate
• Follow up with warm and cold leads using a consultative sales approach
• Handle customer service needs and help resolve more complex issues
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospects and customers
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, tasks, and follow-up activity
• Work toward weekly and monthly agency goals
• Participate in coaching, training, and team development
• Represent Jessica Carlos State Farm professionally in our office and community

REQUIREMENTS

• Must currently hold an active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license
• Must currently hold an active Texas General Lines Life, Accident & Health license
• Comfortable engaging customers in sales and service conversations
• Able to follow a structured sales and customer experience process
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and consistent follow-through
• Willingness to be coached, measured, and held accountable to activity and performance goals
• Must have a long-term mindset and desire to grow
