Job Description

We are seeking a MedSurg/Tele Registered Nurse to join our team for night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on a MedSurg/Telemetry unit, with a required patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7. Experience with EPIC charting is a must.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patient care in a MedSurg/Telemetry setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid New York RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of MedSurg or Telemetry nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior experience with EPIC charting is essential.
