Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Event Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and contributing to successful event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown activities.
  • Welcome attendees and provide assistance throughout events.
  • Organize event materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional event environments.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure events run smoothly.
  • Assist with administrative and event-related support tasks.
