Ensure accurate submission of expenses and invoices.Maintain office inventory, including supplies and equipment.Address patient and employee concerns professionally.Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.Minimum Qualifications:Experience as an Orthodontics Assistant.Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program or one (1) year of hands-on experience as a Dental AssistantCPR card.X-ray training or certificationAdditional certifications may be requiredCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).Ready to Get Started?Apply through this job posting and submit your most recent resume.For questions about this opportunity, please contact Francisco at View phone number on click.appcast.io, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PST.#IndeedStaff #J-18808-Ljbffr
