• 4 am - 4 pm in-person coverage with night call rotation
• Most providers start rounding at 7 am and finish in 9 hours
• 4-day blocks with at least one day off
• Night call 4 pm - 4 am answering provider calls
• Guaranteed 12 hours pay even if rounding finishes early
• Hospital privileges required
• Board certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
