Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Manage trauma cases including GSW, stabbing, MVA, and falls
• Provide care for patients with heart failure and chest pain
• Conduct fluid resuscitation and blood product administration
• Administer conscious sedation and manage critical care drips
• Engage in stroke assessments and cardiac rhythm interpretation

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Minimum of 2 years ED experience
• Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications
• Preferred: TNCC certification
