Position Summary As a PCT on our Med-Surg floor, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff by assisting with basic patient care needs and ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility) Take and record vital signs and input/output measurements Provide support during patient transfers and ambulation Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing staff Ensure patient rooms and equipment are clean and properly maintained Offer compassionate, respectful care to patients and families Qualifications Current Kansas CNA certification preferred, not required BLS certification (or willing to obtain upon hire) Previous hospital or Med-Surg experience preferred, not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, caring, and detail-oriented EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr Labette Health
