SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Location & Schedule Delta One Lounge – 500 Terminal E, East Boston, MA 02128. Full‑time; Monday through Sunday, hours may vary. More details upon interview. Compensation Fixed Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities Providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentoring, developing employees and encouraging them to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous fine dining experience is required. Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
