Thanks for your interest in joining the team!The Rehab nurse is responsible for all normal nursing duties: assessment, admissions, discharges, education, administering medications via multiple routes, patient safety, interdisciplinary collaboration, blood draws, placing peripheral IVs, maintaining central and peripheral lines, foley catheters, bowel programs, etc. The most rewarding piece is watching the patients gain higher function and ability to care for themselves. We work as a team of RNs, LPNs, Techs, secretaries, Case managers, therapists, physicians, etc. Our goal is to deliver exceptional care to every patient and care for each other. Rehab family tree with all of our smiling facesIndividualized recognition for accomplishmentsQualifications:Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.Education: The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience.
