Ohio Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Seeking a full-time, Ohio Licensed Mental Health Clinician, the role focuses on delivering virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, while managing a full caseload and ensuring compliance with documentation standards. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 virtual psychotherapy sessions and conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure continuity of care and support client engagement in mental health services Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field supporting independent clinical practice Active, unrestricted independent licensure: LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families Experience treating depression and anxiety preferred Strong working knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
