Pick Up & Delivery SpecialistWe're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Concierge to join our teamPosition Responsibilities:Pick up & deliver customer vehicles safely and professionallyProvide an exceptional customer experience from pick up through deliveryCoordinate vehicle pick-up and drop off times with customers and the Service Department.Complete vehicle walk-around and document vehicle condition when requiredCommunicate professionally with customers regarding arrival times and service updatesMaintain a clean, organized and professional appearanceAssist the Service Department with other customer focused duties as neededWe're Looking For Someone Who:Has a valid drivers license and clean driving recordIs dependable, punctual and organizedHas excellent customer service and communication skillsIs comfortable driving a variety of vehiclesCan work independently and manage a daily scheduleTakes pride in representing our dealership professionallyIf you enjoy working with people, love the automotive industry, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
