Quality Technician

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician , you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Location: Knoxville, TN

Pay Range: $20-$22, DOE

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm

What's the Job?

• Work directly on the production floor to ensure quality in processes and product outcomes
• Accurately and efficiently build and assemble standard hydraulic power units
• Perform incoming inspections on components and First Article Inspections on new cylinders from overseas suppliers
• Understand and follow quality assurance systems, processes, and procedures
• Inspect the quality of manufactured products to meet customer needs

What's Needed?

• High School diploma/GED
• At least one-year work-related experience
• Experience with inspections of parts and components compared to blueprints
• Use of common measuring tools and gauges, and calibration of those tools
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents
• Steel toe shoes
