Nurse Practitioner (S) - Temporary Title: Nurse Practitioner (S) | Grade 30018657 | Location: 2020 Yonkers Road, Wake County, Department of Adult Correction (DAC). Hourly Rate: $70.00 (based on education and/or years of relevant work experience). About the Role Temporary position. Temporary employees may be eligible for health insurance under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) if they work an average of 30 or more hours per week. No leave or retirement benefits are offered for this position. Responsibilities Coordinate with Occupational Safety and Health employees and facility nursing staff to initiate and conduct annual employee TB tests in prison facilities. Conduct annual occupational and environmental health inspections. Qualifications Licensed or approved to practice as a Nurse Practitioner by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Meeting Minimum Education and Experience requirements as specified in the class specification. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
