What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting both patient care and hospital operations by:

• Assisting patients with daily needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety
• Supporting patient nutrition services and meal delivery processes
• Assisting patients with menu selections while ensuring compliance with prescribed diets and dietary restrictions
• Communicating patient needs and concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
• Supporting department operations through clerical and administrative responsibilities
• Assisting with food service, tray line, and departmental tasks as needed
• Following all safety, infection prevention, HIPAA, and patient care protocols
• Contributing to a positive, compassionate patient experience

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Minimum of 5 years of bedside clinical experience

Current BLS certification (CIRH ONLY)

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced acute care environment
