Volt is immediately hiring for Customer Service Support Representative in San Diego CA (Remote Position)

As a Customer Service Support you will:

• Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls and either handling transferring to a negotiator or setting up Salesforce tickets.

• Willing to train and assist in other tasks and take on one or two side tasks outside of Salesforce.

• Provide payment status on behalf of the providers we negotiate with.

• Have highly effective oral and written communication skills including business email etiquette.

• Excels in a highly collaborative environment where your input and insight are required and encouraged as part of a cross functional member.

• Is comfortable learning to use various databases. Role is across multiple platforms.

• Tasks outside Salesforce may include data entry or QA attaching files and emails into bill records working non-negotiator queues coverage when teammates are out of office or other similar tasks. Salesforce tasks may include setting up tickets for call escalations pulling bill images locating provider phone numbers and handling other negotiator or customer requests.

This is a full-time opportunity!

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience handling multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to dynamically prioritize. Must be a self-starter with proven ability to work independently and within a team.
• Must be able to work in multiple software platforms.
• Having Auto Insurance background or Workers Compensation experience is a plus.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
