AAA Cooper Transportation, is immediately hiring a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative, Terminal Clerk to join the team at our San Diego Service Center. This administrative position plays a key role in resolving freight discrepancies to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES - A Day in the life

• Communicate with customers, drivers, and service center staff to resolve issues.

• Document discrepancies, file reports, and maintain accurate records.

• Assist in identifying trends to improve freight handling practices.

• Support general clerical tasks within the operations team.

• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: 19.00-21.00 per_hour, General Benefits:

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS - What you bring

• Previous experience in freight, logistics, or clerical support preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Other duties as assigned
