About the Role

\n

\n

The Product Management Specialist will be responsible for managing content creation for various marketing materials, coordinating with headquarters in Korea, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting market research to drive product management activities.

\n

Responsibilities

\n

\n

\n
• Manage content creation for various marketing materials, including brochures, manuals, presentations, and datasheets, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
\n
• Coordinate closely with the headquarters in Korea to align global marketing strategies and maintain consistency in content creation for various marketing materials. Facilitate regular communication and updates to ensure coherence.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, customer service, and design) to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business strategies and goals.
\n
• Product management activities by gathering and documenting customer requirements, creating product specifications, and aiding in the development of product roadmaps.
\n
• Collaborate with the product strategy team in Korea to ensure that marketing materials accurately reflect product features and capabilities. Provide input during the product design and development phases.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, target audiences, and new growth opportunities. Present findings through detailed reports and actionable insights.
\n
• Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using various metrics and analytics tools. Provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
\n
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
\n
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness.
\n
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
\n
• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market research, cost analysis, customer value perception, and competitive positioning. Continuously assess and adjust pricing policies to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
\n
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations. Facilitate communication between customers and product development teams.
\n
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for sales and customer service teams to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to effectively support and promote the product.

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering (Electric or others)
\n
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a related field
\n
• Proven experience in a B2B
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean (Preferred)
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
\n
• English fluency; effective oral and written skills; ability to synthesize and present presentations from C level to factory floor in small to large groups
\n
