Maintenance Technician

Compensation and Benefits Position pays $24.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and the possibility to earn additional bonuses. Responsibilities Maintain and repair facilities, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair. Respond to daily maintenance work orders and emergency repairs. Perform unit turnarounds and carry out asset preservation objectives. Keep accurate records, coordinate with team members and residents, and uphold a high standard of workmanship. Qualifications Hands‑on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree is a plus). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with residents.
