Quality Manager

$60,000-$75,000 + Bonus Potential | Greater Binghamton Area

Are you a quality professional with experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, medical, or highly regulated environments ? Our client is seeking a Quality Manager to lead their Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with industry and customer requirements.

What You'll Do

Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
Conduct internal audits and drive corrective actions
Manage quality documentation, procedures, and compliance initiatives
Partner with customers, suppliers, and auditors on quality matters
Analyze quality metrics and identify process improvements
Ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and company standards

What We're Looking For

4+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality standards
Experience conducting audits and managing corrective actions
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and leadership skills
Aerospace, defense, medical, or precision manufacturing experience preferred
