Head, Investor Relations

VCV is looking for a Head/Manager of Investor Relations to join their team in the New York City area. This role is unique as it offers the chance to build the IR function from the ground up for a newly public company. You will work closely with top executives and have a direct impact on how the company communicates with investors and analysts. What You’ll Do Build the equity narrative and investor materials from scratch. Run the earnings process and manage earnings calls. Develop relationships with analysts and manage sell-side communications. Plan and execute non-deal roadshows and manage conference presence. Implement a stock surveillance program to track shareholder activity. Support capital markets activities and manage investor communications. Expand the IR function as the company grows. What You Need 5-7+ years in investor relations, equity research, or investment banking. Experience in a public-company IR function or closely covering one. Strong writing skills for press releases, scripts, and investor communications. Ability to read financial documents and understand accounting principles. Established network with analysts and portfolio managers. MBA is strongly preferred. What You’ll Love Be the first to shape the IR function at a newly public company.
