Here at Calle Sol, we're all about bringing the Miami beach vibes to the Queen City. We're talking ice-cold rum drinks, lively Latin music, and a whole lot of fun in one of the best spots in town. Calle Sol is currently looking to add a Host / Hostess to our full-service Latin restaurant. As the Host / Hostess, you will be the hospitality ambassador, ensuring warm and welcoming visits for every guest that walks through our door. You will act as the guest's first and last impression of their experience at Calle Sol, setting the tone for their visit while managing reservations and seating our guests. Previous hosting experience is a must!

• Well-spoken: Communicate clearly and effectively.

• Presentable: Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Attention to detail: Ensure every aspect of the guest experience is perfect.
• Toast and Online Reservation Experience: Experience with Toast and online reservation systems is a plus!

Host / Hostess Responsibilities Include:

• Happily welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival.
• Making all our guests feel comfortable and letting them know you're there to personally take care of them.
• Making reservations for our guests and managing waitlist technology.
• Knowing regulars by name (and their preferences and needs).
• Resetting tables to our standards before showing guests to their table.
• Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.
