• License/Certifications: Active North Carolina Medical License, NC DEA, Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Experience: General orthopedic surgery, trauma, fractures, I&D, stabilization, and transfer expertise preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

What You ll Do:

• Provide general orthopedic surgical care, including management of wrist, ankle, and hip fractures
• Conduct consults, assist in closed reductions, and admit patients as needed
• Stabilize long bone trauma and coordinate transfers to appropriate facilities
• Be available for 24-hour call, within 20 minutes of the hospital premises
• Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient care
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain high standards of safety and quality

What You Need:

• Active North Carolina medical license and DEA jurisdiction
• Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Proven experience in trauma and fracture management
• Ability to work independently during on-call periods
• Vaccination as per hospital requirements
